Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your House Russell frames. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and undamaged, with no scratches to the lenses or frame
- In its original packaging, including the case and cleaning cloth
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
Free 30-day returns
We don't charge a restocking fee. As long as your return meets the eligibility criteria above, we'll refund the full price you paid for the item to your original payment method once we've received and inspected it.
Return shipping
Returns are free of a restocking fee, but you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a tracked, insured shipping service — we can't issue a refund for items lost or damaged in transit back to us, and cannot cover the cost of return postage.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm it's been approved. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Exchanges
Need a different frame instead? Return your original item under this policy and place a new order for the frame you'd like — this is the fastest way to get the right pair to you.
