Shipping Info

Every order is made up and dispatched from our workshop, then shipped with a tracked courier service. Delivery times below are working days from dispatch, not including the order processing time.

Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves the workshop.

UK delivery

Standard UK delivery takes 2–3 working days from dispatch.

Europe

Delivery to Europe takes 5–7 working days from dispatch.

Rest of world

Delivery outside the UK and Europe takes 7–10 working days from dispatch.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and are shown before you pay.

Customs and import duties

For orders shipped outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and aren't included in the price of your order or shipping cost.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you can follow its progress using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
